5.1 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions
If you choose Auto-Renewal during signup:
How It Works:- Your payment method is billed automatically at the end of each billing period
- You maintain uninterrupted access to premium features
- You receive an email reminder 7 days before each renewal
- You can cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid being charged
- Monthly Subscriptions: Rebilled every 30 days from signup date
- Half-Yearly Subscriptions: Rebilled every 180 days (6 months) from signup date
- Yearly Subscriptions: Rebilled every 365 days (12 months) from signup date
Example: If you subscribe on January 15th with monthly auto-renewal, you'll be billed again on February 15th, March 15th, and so on.
Managing Auto-Renewal:- You can disable auto-renewal at any time in your account settings
- Disabling auto-renewal does NOT cancel your current subscription
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You can manually renew later if desired
5.2 One-Time Payment Subscriptions
If you choose One-Time Payment during signup:
How It Works:- Your payment method is billed once only
- You receive access for the full subscription duration
- Your subscription automatically expires at the end of the period
- You will not be charged again unless you manually renew

Renewal After Expiration:- You will receive email reminders as your expiration date approaches
- You can manually renew your subscription anytime
- Renewal must be initiated by you; we do not auto-charge

If an auto-renewal payment fails, the process depends on your payment method:
For Stripe Payments (Credit/Debit Cards):- Day 1: Stripe automatically attempts to process the payment
- Days 2-7: Stripe may retry the payment according to their retry logic (typically 3-4 attempts over a week)
- Day 1-7: You receive email notifications from Stripe about the failed payment
- Day 7-10: We receive notification from Stripe that payment has failed after all retry attempts
- Day 10-14: We send you an email notification that your subscription is at risk of cancellation
- Day 15: If payment is still unsuccessful, your subscription access may be suspended
- Day 21+: If the issue persists, your subscription is automatically cancelled
- Day 1: PayPal attempts to process the payment from your PayPal account or linked payment method
- Days 2-7: PayPal handles retry attempts according to their policies
- Day 1-7: You receive notifications from PayPal about the payment issue
- Day 10-14: We send you an email to resolve the payment issue with PayPal
- Day 15: Your subscription access may be suspended if payment remains unsuccessful
